AMPED
Develop full-body fitness.
This 50-minute fast-paced, interval-based class offers a combination of aerobic and anaerobic intervals for a high-intensity full-body workout. Designed to improve overall fitness in a time-efficient format, AMPED classes utilize weightlifting, conditioning, functional movements, and balance and stability exercises. You can expect to get stronger, move better, and build stamina to improve every facet of your fitness.

FIT (Foundations)
Build strength for a healthy life.
This 45-minute class offers a small group setting focused on performing safe and high-quality movement in an interval-based format. Classes are limited to an 8:1 member-to-trainer ratio to allow for more individualized instruction. FIT utilizes functional fitness, conditioning, and balance and stability exercises to promote a well-rounded fitness experience. If you are recovering from an injury or want to focus on personal longevity, this class is for you.

LIFT
Gain total body power and strength.
LIFT is a strength-focused class centered around weightlifting and general strength and stability. This class operates at a slower pace with intentional rest and recovery between movements. This is a progressive program with the goal to gain strength over the course of weeks and months, but will still be beneficial to those looking to add supplemental strength days to their regular weekly UF routine.

TRAIN
Unlock your inner athlete.
The TRAIN program offers 50 high-intensity minutes of intentional, progressive, and challenging workouts designed to channel your inner athlete. Each class will focus on one of our four key focuses: Strength + Power, Conditioning + Skill, Endurance + Functional Fitness, and Competition Simulations, providing a well-rounded approach to training. Tailored to advance you towards your next health or fitness goal, our TRAIN program will help you unlock your full potential through varied, dynamic, and targeted intensity.

Unlimited memberships & class packs provide access to any AMPED, TRAIN, or LIFT class. FIT classes priced separately.
Unlimited Monthly Autodraft
If you attend UF classes 3x/week or more, this is the best pricing option for you.
Individuals - $160/$195 FIT
Couples - $260/$305 FIT

We don’t mind being your side hustle. Buy a class pack if you want to join a class when you can fit it in.

** 10-packs are valid for 6 months after purchase and 20-packs for 1 year after purchase
Single Class/ Drop-In
If you’re from out of town or visiting a UF member, we want to meet you! Out of town drop-ins MUST have recent strength training experience and complete registration prior to arrival. Payment will be processed once you arrive for class. We accept cash & credit cards. We allow drop-ins for AMPED, TRAIN, & LIFT classes.
